ProBiotics for optimal health

It seems like every health expert or website is now advising people of all ages take a probiotic regularly to maintain and boost the good bacteria in their body. In the past, I have always taken them when I have been on an antibiotic but never regularly for general health purposes.  Enter hyperbiotics Pro-15.

These small, round, white micro-pearls are super easy to swallow. While I haven't had any crazy amazingly surprising results/benefits thus far, I definitely have felt well and have had absolutely no negative effects also.  I also have not been sick. At all. (Except for evil allergies.)

Kept in the fridge, I have taken them on an empty stomach as recommended up to 3 times a day.  And with fifteen probiotic strains in one micro-pearl, it's definitely easier than taking my acidophilus, then taking another strain, and another strain, and so forth. I'm still working on completing the bottle, but I will say that I feel probiotics are beneficial for everyone to consume and these are by far the easiest to swallow.
